About the Role

As a Sales Team Member at Clarks, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store delighted and wanting to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers into the store and providing a warm and friendly service
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect shoes, offering expert advice and guidance
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the shop floor and stockroom
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing situations. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential.
