Recovery Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Derby, Derbyshire.

We provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health support needs, and we're looking for someone to provide excellent tenancy support to our residents according to their individual support plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong, trusting relationships with service users to enable them to enjoy their time at the service
  • Encouraging service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes
  • Completing welfare checks with residents, assisting them with appointments, and providing excellent tenancy support

We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing person-centred care and support, and who is willing to work flexibly according to the needs of the service, including weekends and bank holidays.

Previous care experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is crucial. If you're looking for a rewarding role that makes a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
