ROLE OVERVIEW

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our Merchandising department, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our Menswear category, from product brief to delisting.

You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the category, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in driving product category growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and present range plans for approval, including pricing strategies, COO, and competition analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers to deliver strategic direction for Menswear, driving product category growth and profitability.
  • Analyse and feedback on seasonal buys, providing strategic and coherent recaps.
  • Manage sample budgets and ensure effective tracking, maintaining, and ordering of samples.
  • Monitor daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate actions to take.
  • Support the Merchandising Assistant in preparing reports using Excel and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and partner with the Corporate Pricing team to understand price-bands across core currencies.
  • Coordinate and support market/product training for the Merchandising team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in RTW Collection Merchandising within luxury.
  • Proven success at Merchandiser level, driving category full lifecycles.
  • Passionate about product and market trends.
  • Creative with strong commercial instincts.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
