Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Polishing, buffing, wiping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Cleaning of toilets and urinals
  • Emptying bins and removing rubbish
  • Replenishing toilet paper, hand towels, and soap
  • Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment
  • Dealing with client requests and concerns
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the line manager
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but full training is provided
  • Attention to detail and good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility with a flexible approach to work
  • Some positions may require a full UK driving license
