We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Clean4Shaw Facilities Management Ltd.

About the Role:

  • As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
  • You will be working independently and as part of a team to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy.
  • You will be required to use cleaning equipment and supplies to carry out your duties.
  • You will be responsible for reporting any issues or concerns to your line manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
  • Polishing, buffing, wiping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Cleaning of toilets and replenishing toilet rolls, hand towels, and soap.
  • Emptying bins and removing rubbish.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Dealing with client requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full training is provided.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative as well as part of a team.
  • To be reliable, punctual, and responsible with a flexible approach to work.
  • Some positions may require a full UK driving license.
