Our team at Home Instead - Lincoln is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. We offer a range of flexible part-time roles, from as little as a day upwards, to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for providing companionship, helping with personal care, assisting with mobility, overseeing medication, and supporting with daily tasks such as light cleaning and cooking.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, with pay ranging from £12.25 to £13.75 per hour, depending on the time of day and day of the week. You will also receive paid travel and wait time, mileage reimbursement, and access to our company pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and social support to clients
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely

Requirements:
- No experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- The right to work in the UK
