Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

* Assist with sales, including identifying opportunities and acting on them

* Maintain a high level of store standards, including housekeeping and stock control

* Assist with promotional set up and ensure that the premises are safe and secure at all times

* Comply with company regulations regarding cash handling and administration

* Maintain a good standard of dress and appearance, and work as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

* Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent

* Three months previous experience in a retail environment

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude

Desirable:

* Interest and/or knowledge of wine

* Previous experience of cash handling and stock control
