Funeral Service Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Service Arranger to join our team at Dignity Funeral Directors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging funerals with dignity and respect, providing exceptional customer care, and ensuring that every goodbye is meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to plan and arrange funerals, ensuring that every detail is personalized and meets their needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders, providing clear and compassionate support.
- Manage administrative duties, including preparing for client visits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and families, providing ongoing support and care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in funeral planning and customer service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and families in a sensitive and compassionate manner.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every client receives a dignified and respectful farewell.
