Job Summary

Home Group is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Repairs Partnership team. As an Electrician Multiskilled, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality maintenance and repairs across our properties in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great employer and be part of a fantastic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs to a high standard
  • Test and inspect electrical installations and equipment
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service
  • Use technology to log jobs, complete online learning, and collaborate with colleagues

Requirements

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
  • Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent
  • Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing, and inspection within housing
  • Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement
  • A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting
