Electrical Multiskilled Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team at Home Group Repairs Partnership.

About the Role

As our Multiskilled Electrician, you will carry out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties. You will work alongside a brilliant team, delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical repairs, installation, testing, and inspection
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults effectively
  • Work on a variety of electrical systems, including HVAC and building services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
  • Use technology for logging jobs, completing online learning, and collaborating with other colleagues
Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
  • Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391, and AM2 or equivalent
  • Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing, and inspection within housing
  • Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge of electrical systems
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement
  • A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting
