Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Key Account Specialist to join our team at Staffline Recruitment (NI) Ltd.
About the RoleThis role is pivotal in developing, organising, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.
Main Responsibilities- Recruitment: Partner with clients to understand roles, organisation culture, and assignment specifics. Source and recruit candidates for various levels in line with resourcing KPIs. Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
- Client Management: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to provide innovative service delivery solutions. Regularly review service performance with clients and suggest improvements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
- Effective communication skills across all levels.
- Stability in past work history.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
Competitive salary, OTE £27,000-£29,000, and a range of benefits including private healthcare, life assurance, pension, and 36 days annual leave including public holidays.
