The Older Peoples Rehabilitation and Assessment Service at Leith Community Treatment Centre provides outpatient assessment and interventions for older people living in North Edinburgh. As a Deputy Charge Nurse, you will lead a nurse team as part of the Multi-disciplinary team, working with older people, GPs, and wider health and social care professionals to improve health and functional ability and reduce future risk of hospital admission.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a nurse team in providing high-quality care to older adults
- Work collaboratively with the Multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve care for older adults
- Support the development of staff skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
