## Job Title: AV Engineer (Marine)

## Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 PLUS OT: £30K - £45K

## The Role:

We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer to join our team, responsible for installing IT, network, AV, and security systems on luxury superyachts across Europe. As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Assembling AV racks both on and off site
* Performing 1st and 2nd fix installations of AV/IT hardware, access control, and CCTV systems
* Basic commissioning of networks, security systems, lighting controls, and audio DSP systems
* Maintaining and updating project documentation
* Collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors when necessary
* Assisting with occasional residential AV projects

## Required Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 2 years of AV experience in the marine or residential AV sector
* Valid passport with a willingness to travel internationally on short notice

## Preferred Skills:

* Full UK driving licence
* Network configuration experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
