As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized mortgage advice and guidance to clients
  • Manage client applications, working collaboratively with administrators and other teams
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant documents

Requirements:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
  • Flexible and professional approach, driven by a passion for mortgages and protection
  • Subject to a DBS Check

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary circa £30K plus commission structure OTE uncapped £70-100K
  • Quarterly and yearly awards, including international travel opportunities
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme available
  • Increasing holiday allowance, reaching up to an additional 5 days per year
