The Security Compliance Analyst is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of security standards, regulations, and risk management frameworks. This person will be responsible for ensuring our organisation's compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance programme
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying compliance gaps
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to address compliance requirements
  • Managing compliance documentation and reporting
  • Conducting internal and external audits and assessments
  • Preparing for and managing regulatory examinations
  • Providing compliance training and awareness to employees
  • Participating in incident response activities to identify and address compliance implications

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks
  • Good project management and organisational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
