Agronomic Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an Agronomic Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Morepeople 01780 in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier compliance with required accreditations for fresh and processing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient agronomic practices across our supply chain.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure crop quality.
- Coordinate seed supply for contracted fresh and processing suppliers.
- Ensure alignment of technical management of suppliers and crops with commercial needs of both fresh and processing sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agronomy and supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of seed supply management and technical crop requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
