Engineering Project Lead

Innovate is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet organisational goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create detailed project schedules and manage them using Microsoft Project and MS Project Server.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing engineering projects through all or parts of the lifecycle, particularly with a focus on production.
- Demonstrate ability to motivate teams to meet critical deadlines and successfully deliver projects.
- Strong understanding of risk management and its practical application in project oversight.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
