About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of running a supported living service for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and staff to ensure high-quality support and care.
  • Manage staff supervision, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, and medication management.
  • Monitor activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop a culture of teamwork and best practices within the service.
  • Represent the organization professionally in internal and external contacts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in a similar setting.
  • Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5) or other professional qualifications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in managing challenging behavior.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
