We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Group Limited. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of running a Supported Living Service, including supervision of staff, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, and management of medication.
Key Responsibilities- Work with individuals supported and their families to ensure their personal needs are met and their decisions about how they live their lives are respected.
- Manage staff supervision, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, and medication management.
- Monitor activities and ensure the quality of support and care meets regulatory standards.
- Create a culture of team development and teamwork that aspires to best practices for individuals using our services.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager managing services working with individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, or associated complex needs.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in managing challenging behavior using a positive behavior support approach.
- Willingness to work flexibly on a rota to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Ongoing paid-for training and development opportunities.
