Requirements:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with vulnerable adults
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding
