About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor in the commercial office fit out and refurbishment space. As a Project/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects at any one time.
You will work closely with the Business Development team to understand the viability of projects and support the Precon team in winning new business. Your involvement will begin at early stages, possibly even meeting with prospective clients to discuss project opportunities.
Once a project is identified as a suitable opportunity, you will work with the team to successfully deliver it. This will involve working with Design Managers, Commercial Managers, Estimators, and Directors to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
