About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and "can do" attitude candidate to join our Client Business Development team as an Account Handler to support and maximise existing accounts.

As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for analysing daily and monthly performance stats, highlighting any deficits and providing action plans for changes required to turn performance around.

You will have full account handling responsibility for your client accounts, dealing with joint business plans, driving new strategic projects and managing day to day queries.

Attend client meetings, providing operational guidance and presenting business performance.

Have complete autonomy over your designated client accounts, putting together operational solutions when required to increase warranty sales and improve best business practice.

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Domestic & General's warranty business and systems, applying this to improve business processes on selected accounts.

Support the Account Manager with ad-hoc routine responsibilities, tasks and projects.

Report monthly on new business and renewals against budget and other business performance indicators for designated accounts and the sector.

Occasional travel to other locations will be required.

You should be effective at relationship building and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
