About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Function in Motherwell, Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project profitability, ensuring accurate forecasting of revenue, margin, and cash flow, and liaising with operations personnel to process costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project profitability and ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, margin, and cash flow.
  • Liaise with operations personnel to process costs related to labour, management, materials, plant, and sub-contractors.
  • Help ensure adherence to internal commercial processes and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Excellent communication, numeric, and computer literacy skills.
