Reliable Maintenance System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled maintenance engineer with mechanical expertise to join our team at Stirling Warrington.
About the RoleThis role involves performing routine and emergency maintenance on automated paint lines, focusing primarily on mechanical tasks but also including some electrical work. Key responsibilities include maintaining up to 10 spray robots, fluid delivery systems, applicators, motors, and belts.
A career progression path is available for the right candidate, with several team leaders and managers having risen through the ranks from apprentices and hands-on roles.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Hold a minimum of Level 3 qualification in a maintenance discipline (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, Indentured Apprenticeship, HNC/D).
- Prior experience with paint line maintenance or robotics maintenance is highly beneficial.
- Permanent health insurance and death in service, covering 4 times annual salary.
- Employer pension contribution of 5%.
- Profit-sharing scheme and 22 days holiday allowance.
The successful candidate will be based in Oxfordshire, working 8-hour shifts over three different schedules: 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, and 10 pm - 6 am, Monday to Friday. The estimated salary for this role is £58,305 per annum.
