Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team in Lambeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of social workers in the Fostering Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of social workers;
  • Providing guidance and support to foster carers and social workers;
  • Working closely with foster carers, looked-after children, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care;
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to fostering; and
  • Representing the Fostering Support Team at various meetings and forums.

The Salary for this position is competitive, offering a salary range from £41,967 to £48,063 per year.
