Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the sales and marketing efforts of KH Potatoes LTD. As a hybrid role, you will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers on products and prices
  • Field telephone enquiries from prospective customers and respond to their queries
  • Prepare sales invoices and maintain records and accounts of sales activity
