Job Title: Field Service Technician

Reed is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dedicated team in the healthcare sector. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our comprehensive product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and service for Communication Systems, Fire Alarms, and Nurse Call Alarm Systems.
  • Highlight customer issues and contribute to the corrective actions process.
  • Support the returns process to facilitate product improvements and modifications.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to reduce service costs.
  • Provide support for complaint escalations and attend product update meetings and refresher training.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and communication systems.
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
  • Must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Full driving license.
Desired Skills:
  • FIA Unit 5 certification.
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining alarm/communication systems.
