About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and ambitious Female Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their early 20's in their first independent accommodation since moving from their parent's house.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily life skills, including personal care, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Prompt personal care as needed, while respecting the individual's independence.
  • Encourage healthy relationships, a healthy lifestyle, and living increasingly independently.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.55, plus £45 per sleep-in shift.
  • A short shift pattern, with approximately 3 shifts per week.

  • A salary advance scheme, allowing you to access up to 50% of your earned pay before payday.
