About the Role

Dimensions is seeking a compassionate and courageous Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and supporting individuals in their early 20's in their first independent accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily life skills, including personal care, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Prompt and encourage individuals to complete their personal care tasks.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management.
  • Prepare and cook meals, as well as clean and maintain the living environment.
  • Support individuals in developing healthy relationships and a healthy lifestyle.

Requirements

  • Compassionate and courageous individual with a genuine interest in supporting others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' autonomy.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.55 per hour, plus £45 per sleep-in shift.
