Illume Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations in Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a Pub/ Restaurant/ Hotel background to transition into Contract Catering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Craft background, working with fresh ingredients, and experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef. They will also possess extensive knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, as well as a strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures.

As the Culinary Director, you will be responsible for a team of 3 staff, ensuring consistent food quality, development, and management. Key responsibilities include:

  1. A strong focus on menu planning and execution
  2. Management of a team of skilled cooks and chefs
  3. Maintenance of high standards of food safety and hygiene

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
