About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR) team in East Sussex. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in assessing and treating patients in their own homes, preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and promoting independence and quality of life.

Main Responsibilities

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team, using an inter-professional model of working to provide rehabilitation to adults with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. You will be fully supported to develop your inter-professional skills and areas of special clinical interest, with regular supervision and training opportunities.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, Health and Care Professions Council Registration, and post-graduate qualification or proven equivalent experience and knowledge in a relevant field. You will have 18 months to 2 years rotational Band 5 experience, experience of training/supervision, and experience of multi-professional working.
