Full Time Legal Secretary for Busy Private Client Department

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our Private Client team in our Head Office in Hereford.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to fee earners and legal staff
* Organise and maintain legal files and documents
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Communicate with clients
* Manage fee earner calendars
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Perform general office duties, such as answering phones and filing documents

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar secretarial role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
