About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Space Hosts. As a key representative of Appear Here, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to brands, showcasing our retail spaces, and ensuring a seamless experience from viewings to check-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewings: Showcase our retail spaces to brands, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Check-ins: Welcome brands into the space, provide a comprehensive tour, and ensure a smooth handover.
  • Check-outs: Conduct thorough inspections, record the condition of the space, and ensure a timely return to its original state.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of our retail spaces.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends, with easy access to central London.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in a retail or hospitality setting, is highly desirable.
