SEND Teaching Assistant Specialist

Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work with us in a full-time, long-term capacity. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Working in small groups to ensure pupils' needs are met
- Collaborating with the school's SEND team, including the SENCO
- Implementing Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,575 per annum, which equates to around £450 per week. You will also have access to our SEND Toolkit, offering over 19 professional development courses, as well as opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.
