We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at MBR Dental. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in various clinical duties, including chairside procedures and patient care.
- Oversee infection control and decontamination of instruments.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Lead and mentor a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee reception duties and staff rotas, ensuring that our practice runs efficiently.
- Ensure that our practice meets all relevant CQC requirements and maintains accurate records.
- Manage audits and maintain stock levels.
- Work closely with our Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- At least 2 years' experience as a dental nurse.
- Registered with the GDC and hold a valid DBS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
