About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Portman Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the dental nursing team to ensure excellent patient care and high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
Requirements
  • Valid certification or diploma in Dental Nursing.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Previous experience in a similar lead nurse role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
