Job Title: Simulation Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Simulation Project Lead to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Weapons Systems Simulation and Experimentation team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of simulation components for our weapons systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions using agile methodologies
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and critical paths
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage project requirements
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering software and hardware solutions
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and teams
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software development and integration
