Job Title: Simulation Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Simulation Project Lead to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our Weapons Systems Simulation and Experimentation team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of simulation components for our weapons systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions using agile methodologies
  • Develop and implement software and hardware solutions to simulate weapon systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and manage change
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with IEEE and military standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering software and hardware solutions
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and teams
  • Security clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship
