Job Title: Senior Auditor, Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor, Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Audit Division, you will be responsible for conducting audits and providing expert advice on risk management and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits of State Street's UK, Ireland, and International business, with a focus on Investment Management, Compliance, and Global Markets.
  • Evaluate and test internal controls, assess risks, and apply audit skills to ensure the effectiveness of our risk management framework.
  • Develop and write-up audit findings and recommendations for review by the Senior Auditor and Audit Manager.
  • Communicate audit progress and findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, Corporate Audit procedures, The Institute of Internal Audit Standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executing assessments of business process and technology/ITGC risks and controls, preferably in public accounting or financial services internal audit.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the financial services industry, with an understanding of State Street's regional business activities.
