Responsibilities:
  • Develop SEO Strategies: Create and implement tailored SEO strategies for multiple companies within the group.
  • Optimise Website Content: Ensure website content, metadata, and internal linking structures align with SEO best practices while maintaining brand voice and user experience.
  • Conduct Site Audits: Identify and fix technical issues such as crawl errors and page speed, ensuring websites are mobile-friendly and optimised for search engine crawlability.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with content teams to produce SEO-optimised blogs, product descriptions, and web pages.
  • Develop Off-Page Strategies: Develop and execute off-page strategies, including link-building campaigns and partnerships, strengthening domain authority through ethical and effective outreach practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally in a multi-site, agency, or multi-business environment.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
  • Skills: Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console; strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
