Prospero Integrated is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician/Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our live event team, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and collecting AV and event equipment at venues across the North-West. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working with clients, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include preparing equipment for events, general warehouse duties, and adhering to company health and safety procedures. If you have a good knowledge of audio, video, and lighting equipment, relevant work experience, and a can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply. * Delivering, setting up, and collecting AV and event equipment at venues across the North-West
* Working unaccompanied or as part of a team
* Operating equipment for events of various sizes and types
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure customer satisfaction
* Preparing equipment for events and general warehouse duties
* Adhering to company health and safety procedures
* Assisting other departments and performing other duties as needed

**Requirements:**

* Good knowledge of audio, video, and lighting equipment
* Relevant work experience
* Ability to work as part of a team or unaccompanied under own initiative
* High standard of personal presentation
* Good interpersonal skills
* General IT knowledge
* Resourceful and able to work under pressure
* Flexibility and a customer-focused attitude
* Keen eye for detail with a high standard of equipment presentation
* Full UK Driving License (Essential)
