Job Title: Corporate Audio Visual Technician

Convene is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audio visual experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support for audio visual equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with clients and event production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audio visual technologies and trends.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in audio visual support and IT equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of audio visual equipment, including mixers, projectors, and lighting systems.
  • Basic knowledge of data networking principles and architecture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
