Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director, Community to lead our team of Control, Config, and FAT engineers. As a key member of our engineering strategy, you will define policies and processes to align with our business goals, plan and prioritize budgets for engineering projects, and drive the development of technical standards and procedures.

About You

You will have professional managerial experience with extensive knowledge of engineering standards applicable to National Grid, DNOs, and Renewables projects in the UK. A degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal presentation skills. You will also have solid understanding of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
