Customer Service Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Click & Collect team in Liverpool. As a Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable interaction with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete handovers and purchases for our Click & Collect service, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers.
  • Prepare handovers for the day ahead, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Arrange documentation prior to handover, guaranteeing a seamless experience for customers.
  • Encourage customers to share their experiences on social media, promoting our brand and services.
  • Help customers familiarize themselves with their new vehicle, providing expert knowledge and support.
  • Assist customers in selling their car through our Sell Your Car service, offering guidance and advice.
  • Stay up-to-date with different vehicles and manufacturers, ensuring you can provide accurate and informed information to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and maximize handovers/purchases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to take ownership of situations, working towards resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
