Business Development Manager - Defence and Aerospace

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of state-of-the-art machinery, in their London and South East region.

The Role:
  • Business Development Manager
  • Covering London and Greater London - Inside M25
  • Uncapped commission
  • £35,000 to £40,000 base with OTE £60,000
The Person:
  • Sales experience
  • Experience managing own desk and schedule
  • Field sales experience
  • Business development background

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will play a pivotal role in growing accounts and new business within a wide market sector across the South East. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in the defence and aerospace industry. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
