About the Role

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team in a Regional Clinical Development role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting clinical governance and quality of care across our care homes in the West Midlands region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration to take on a leadership position and drive improvement in clinical standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the performance of each home to ensure high-quality clinical standards are met
  • Analysing clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Working closely with the Regional Director and senior clinical staff to implement improvements and address any issues that arise

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to share knowledge and build relationships. A competitive salary of £54,000 per annum, company car, mobile phone, and laptop are just some of the benefits on offer.
