Construction Planner

Job Summary
The Senior Construction Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing project programmes to ensure timely project delivery. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to integrate programmes, identify risks, and provide strategic planning support. The Senior Planner will leverage advanced planning techniques and software to enhance project timelines and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Development and Maintenance
- Develop detailed project programmes, including all phases from initiation to completion.
- Maintain and update project programme based on actual progress and changes in project scope.
- Capture and record as-planned versus as-built information, demonstrate the impact of delay events, and add any new or modified tasks and sequences.
Requirements
- Excellent Programme Management Skills
- Proven track record in construction project management.
