Senior Construction Planner

**Job Summary**

The Senior Construction Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining project programmes to ensure timely project delivery. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to integrate programmes, identify risks, and provide strategic planning support. The Senior Planner will leverage advanced planning techniques and software to enhance project timelines and resource allocation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain project programmes, including all phases from initiation to completion.
* Capture and record as-planned versus as-built information, demonstrate the impact of delay events, and add any new or modified tasks and sequences.
* Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to integrate programmes and identify risks.

**Requirements**

* Excellent Elecosoft Power Project software capability.
* Proven track record in the construction industry.
