About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. If you have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and motivational skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our on-site sales teams to achieve agreed sales targets and objectives. You will also develop and maintain strong knowledge of the local market, including new build and second-hand competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the on-site sales teams to achieve agreed sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales management, preferably in the volume house building industry.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with experience of managing a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of ££55,000 - £75,000, plus annual bonus, company car or car allowance, and a range of other benefits, including:

  • Up to 33 days annual leave, increasing to up to 39 days with service.
