Deliver Strategic Growth

We are seeking a seasoned delivery leader to drive operations and increase business scale as VP Delivery in Retail business. This role will shape delivery strategy, supervise a large engineering organization, and contribute to company goals and Delivery Segment growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute delivery strategy for Retail business.
  2. Lead a large engineering organization, focusing on performance management and financial management.
  3. Collaborate with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy and contributing to sales, presales, and account growth.
  4. Report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).
Requirements:
  1. MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, with a proven record of results and achievements.
  3. Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management.
  4. Deep expertise in modern software engineering technology, best practices, and trends.
  5. Fluent level of written and spoken English.
